Fonts for the web

These fonts have been specially designed to make it easier to read on-screen, and you can download them for free.

First, download Georgia, a serif typeface used by many web sites:

• Georgia for Windows 95/98/NT
• Georgia for Windows 3.1
• Georgia for the Mac

Next, if you are using Internet Explorer, you already have a font called Verdana . If you´re using Netscape Navigator, you can download Verdana for free

• Verdana for Windows 3.1
• Verdana for the Mac

I also recommend Trebuchet, a stylish, yet easy to read sans serif face
